Designing and Constructing Electric Arc Furnaces

In order to be successful in the steel market and in electric arc furnace construction, a manufacturer must constantly optimise production and related costs. Furnace Shell

  • Interchangeable upper shell

Current conducting arms in copper and steel

Our company in Pian Camuno in the province of Brescia specialises in constructing electric arc furnaces, and since 1984, has supplied around 250 EAFs, some of which are still operating with potential-free current conducting arms. In DC-furnaces. high power is guaranteed with a small pitch diameter and with excellent electrical symmetry for the three stages.
