Our company is leader in Pian Camuno and in the province of Brescia in constructing electric arc furnaces. We supply a full range of water-cooled supersonic lances, used to blow oxygen and coal into the arc furnace. Conventional lances are mounted on a manipulator and the furnace door remains open during injection. With the modern EAF injection, the furnace door remains closed while it is switched on. This is possible by using innovative Refining Combined Burners (RCB).

Refining Combined Burners

The new Refining Combined Burners is an all-in-one, fully automated, versatile tool installed as a single panel on the side of the furnace near the molten metal. This system allows you to burn both the oxygen and coal injector as well as the burner in one single system. The cold parts within the furnace are avoided through optimizing the position of the RCB unit.
