Wire feeder and sample taking machines

Thermomelt can produce wire feeder machines with 2, 4, or 6 wires depending on our customer requirements, as well as lances for sample and temperature taking of liquid steel.

These systems are fitted with their respective local and remote electrical systems.

They are also linked to PLCs, electric motors, connection boxes, pneumatic panels.

When designing these systems, the safety of both the system and the operators who use it is very important and kept in
mind.

These machines are very flexible and can be used on any type of furnace.
